The most common problem viewing our virtual
tours is that you do not have Java
installed in your computer, or a very old version. You can
download Java at www.java.com.
This problem is especially common in new computers.
Another common problem viewing our virtual
tours is that you have a pop up blocker turned on, some pop
up blockers can interfere with the proper operation of our virtual
tours. To disable most pop up blockers go to Tools in the
menu bar of your browser, click "pop up blocker", then
click" turn off pop up blocker"
Another cause could be that your internet security settings
are set to high. For the best browsing experience while
still maintaining adequate protection, your security settings should
be set to medium. Follow the instructions below to change
your security settings.
- In Internet Explorer click on Tools at the top of your
browser
- Select Internet Options
- On the Internet Options dialogue box select the Security tab

- Select Internet, under the Web content zone at the top of
the dialogue box
- Click the Default Level button which should change your security
level to Medium
Another cause for problems viewing our virtual tours could be
that your Java compiler is disabled, to check your java compiler
settings follow the instructions below
- In Internet Explorer click on Tools at the top of your
browser
- Select Internet Option
- In the Internet
Options dialogue box select the Advanced tab at the top.
- Scroll
down about halfway to Microsoft VM, and make sure the JIT compiler
for virtual machine enabled check box is selected.
